Warrenty (Can Klipsch tell)

Can Klipsch tell if a subwoofer has been opened? Mine is making a rattling sound. I am udner warrenty, but it'd be a ***** to send in my sub (I'm in Canada). Does Klipsch have any measures in effect to know whether or not the sub has been opened?

it's pretty cool that he admitted to opening up the sub

i had a problem like that..

one of the sub speakers stopped firing and i cracked that badass 80 ton sub open and found the wire slipped off.

word of advice though...don't touch the gigantic capacitor LOL even after the things been unplugged for a while..i felt a oddly strange but titilating sensation from touching it ;P

now that ive joined WWTTST (Wackos With Tendancies To Shock Themselves) im finding no need to touch it anymore=p
