michaj96
Hello everyone. Can I use one sub with both the stereo amplifier and av receiver? The sub has two inputs: L/LFE and R and I plan on plugging the amps into one input each. Providing that only one amplifier will be working at any given time, will this setup work? To be honest I did not notice any difference at all when I plug my av receiver to L or R input, both of them are under influence of low pass filter. Thank you for your replies in advance. willland
@michaj96, Welcome to the forum. I do believe you can do this but it may be wise to only have one amp/avr powered on at a time. Not sure that matters or will do any harm but just being cautious. Bill

Plug a stereo AMPLIFIER into the line input of a sub?
The History Kid
Perhaps you should tell us what you're trying to accomplish...because I'm not sure why you'd do this to begin with...
