Is it worth it to set up for a projector?

The 2150ST is the one we chose.  We did tons of research and a good techie friend recommended the BenQ so that is what we did.  Absolutely pleased with it.  Lots of great projectors out there, although not sure about the selection of short throw projectors.  Take your time, research, purchase and enjoy.

Do you use a drop down screen or a fixed screen?

We must use a drop down screen and I read that many do not work well with short throw projectors because they emphasize wrinkles.  I am hoping to get away with a $300 120" motorized drop down screen.

Unfortunately, I cannot take my time because I need to move light fixtures and ceiling fans around to make the room work.  Not much fun with this pressure on use.

We have a drop down screen from Seymour, and there are no wrinkles except for a quite minor one in the lower right corner which is due to tensioning and we could get rid of it by adjusting the tensioning, but it doesn't show when we are projecting a movie.  The AT fabric is not given to wrinkling.
