ThomasD.
This is our local CL Klipsch selection https://fairbanks.craigslist.org/ele/6675483943.html Asked about Serial #'s & what color they were and his response was....... 47R990 and 47R993 kind of a light peach i would say... not a bad paint job, but too bad they werent left alone. price is OBO So am I reading the number right that these are '77 H1 not H2? Any suggestion on an 'appropriate' offer?
carlthess40
That’s a good price. Just offer less and see what he says.
makos
A lot depends on local market/demand. I got my H1s for 300 less than a year ago. The were near mint oiled walnut but without grills. The paint and missing badges are 2 knocks on them just in terms of aesthetics. 500 might be good price for H2s but serials correspond to H1s. The average price for H1s seems to be around 400, so 300 might be a good place to start. Edited August 25, 2018 by makos
carlthess40
I’m with you in that. I was going off of the asking prices I’ve been seeing the last year
Marvel
They are definitely original Heresy speakers, not HIIs. Considering the location, that's a tolerable price if all the components are good. I would aim for a lower price. Bruce
