richieb
=== a pair of marginally corner damaged Forte 3 are currently on AGon for $1250, pick up only in Shelbytownship, MI. Damage shown really isn’t that bad. Anyone handy and close might find themselves a deal.

ksquared
Here is the link to this one: https://www.audiogon.com/listings/lis966je-klipsch-forte-iii-distressed-oak-shelby-twp-michigan-local-pickup-only-full-range?refsource=hifishark The listing ended but they were apparently not sold. I'm wondering, with the slight corner damage, how difficult and expensive would something like this be to repair? Would you always see it, or could somebody who knows really make it look as new? Kalifornian
The way the veneer appears on my Forte III it would be very difficult to repair. Where that damage is would be very noticeable. This would be good as a center in a front three for HT but only behind a screen where you wouldnt see it. My ocd wouldn't allow me to look at that nick every day. Maybe someone else who is a little more laid back could?
