This is a 3 Channel Power Amplifier which can be used for L,R and center channel for HT and/or multichannel music, or stereo plus a passive sub. It also has the ability to inhibit, turn off, individual amplifier modules so you can use any 2 channels as a stereo amp with third channel kept as a spare module. I purchased this amplifier for a home theater project that it appears I will not be doing at this time. I was curious to hear it so I hooked it up to my laptop and disabled the center channel utilizing it as a two channel amp. I removed my Pass Labs amp and plugged this in to my two channel set up.. I was extremely impressed. It.runs very quiet and cool, has very impressive detail and an excellent soundstage, fantastic bass.
