It works flawlessly and sounds great. It comes with the original box and packing, remote control, quality power cord and spare vintage input tubes. The power supply tube is a modern Genelex Gold Lion GZ34. Lots of positive reviews on line for this pre-amp. I am only selling it to simplify my system. I’m asking $1300 which will included shipping to the lower 48. I prefer PayPal Friends & Family or please include the fee. Thank you! Bonzo Posted November 24, 2018 Author Share Posted November 24, 2018 I’m going to send this to ModWright for a check up. I haven’t used it in awhile until this morning. I found two of the switches pop the speakers and the volume pot is noisy. I’m also concerned about the choke/transformer that appears to have some pitting. There are a couple of other annoying things as well. I may end up keeping it depending on what needs to be done and what its going to cost me. blownrx7 Posted November 28, 2018 Share Posted November 28, 2018 A little De-Oxit will take care of the volume pot - it is just from lack of use. That may even be the case for the switches too. I would try that first . In fact, De-Oxit all the connections too. If that doesn't work for the switches then check/replace the tubes. There really isn't much that can go wrong other than the tubes.
