JohnJ
That particular Steve Miller I bought the record because of these forums! He highlights his wonderful voice even more on that one! I know that David, have the David & David album and wouldn't trade it for anything @MicroMara will give it a listen soon.
JohnJ
It is similar to that old record, I like his singing George. On a blues and blues sounding kick for a while, @Dave1291 picked up a copy of this in an electric blue vinyl, I'd have too but I'm on a digital music diet some of y'all know. Ya know those de-eluxe edition postings on youtube? I've got one now and it adds a second disc to the release! Ho Ho Ho! Not finished yet but this hits the spot like nothing can except Gov't Mule!
JohnJ
So my music collection available has dwindled to this without all of my youtube bookmarks. D*mn the GBs I hit discogs today and will have a couple great ones to play soon!
JohnJ
Enjoy the "Renewal" release so much I went back to 2013 for this one by Billy Strings with Don Julin. Did y'all know he's got a release called "Turmoil & Tinfoil" that the vinyl is going for $500.00? CDs for $150.00 and up? Youtube works fine, thanks! Do Ya like Bluegrass music? Or can you just appreciate the talent it takes? Edited February 25, 2022 by JohnJ title correction
JohnJ
The other that came in that day is not a disappointment either. Although I'm sure I won't listen to it four times a week like I did long ago it sounds Grrreeeaaat! @AndreG. ... I grow one of the hottest chillies 🌶 in the world It’s got Scorpion in its name Edit - Info The fiery Trinidad Scorpion Butch T registers 1,463,700 Scoville heat units, placing it ahead of the previous world’recod-holder recognised by Guinness World Records, the Naga Viper, which comes in at 1,382,118. Jalapenos measure about 2500-5000 and the hottest Tabasco is 30,000. 2
Dave1291
F the kiwis send me a few of those. @oldtimer reserve, batch 1 from barrel #256 scares people away from my chili. I KNOW I could get them to try one spoonfull of this "new & advanced form of nuclear waste." Yup, just one, try it, sure it's got a lil bit of bite to it but I think you'll like it. Bwa ha ha 😂 😂 1
JohnJ
It's inherently unfair that the jalapeno is measured when it isn't even ripe. I mean when they do list the green and red ones separately the ripe are three times that much! I can tell by looking at the shape of those little peppers that they are unreal hot, the shape is similar to the habanero. The pièce de résistance from my spree got here and I've enjoyed it thoroughly today. I can say I have some of these on cassette from a live on-air show long ago that are better versions..... but this as a whole was a fantastic show fifty years ago! Can Ya Dig It @MicroMara 2
