Ceptorman
I know the football season isn't over yet, but basketball is kicking off. The Champions Classic kicks off tonight in Indianapolis. #10 Michigan State -#1 Kansas. #2 Kentucky- #4 Duke Tickets sold out immediately. It's on ESPN
DizRotus
Kansas prevails 92-87, but Spartans played well. Izzo would rather lose a close one to an excellent team, than to beat up on an inferior team. That philosophy pays off in March.
Davis
I watched IU beat up on Chicago State. Wanted to see Romeo Langford play. Looks like some Assembly Hall first time jitters to start but he came out of them. He needs to work on those free throws though. I was impressed with two new faces Rob Phinisee and Evan Fitzner. Even more impressed to see the four mascots of The Champions Classic teams visit our local Childrens hospital while they were here.

I was really impressed with Duke.

This new Duke team gave me a different feeling than I normally have about them. I like the school, coach K is a great guy, but I got tired of all their winning over the years, I just got tired of them. But these new guys seem different. I actually was pulling for them from the start (I'm genetically programmed to want anyone to beat Ky) 😀

Ceptorman
Unranked Indiana is kicking the crap out of #24 Marquette. They sure look good for not being ranked. I hope Langford hangs around a while.
Ceptorman
IU won by 23, they're 3-0. #18 Michigan stomped #8 Villanova
Davis
I was thinking a #24 ranked team would give the Hoosiers a closer game. IU is pretty beat up injury wise, I look forward to when they get healthy and the opponents get stronger. Stomped is a good term for what Michigan did to Villinova and the Nova players were a bit chippy and surprised it appeared by there actions.
EmilC
My Johnnies are Five and Ohhhhh The new Beast from the East. I probably just put the kibosh on them. Now they'll lose the next 5 games😂

DizRotus
#8 MSU is man-handling #17 UCLA. Unless Spartans collapse in second half, Chuck’s Tarheels won’t have the honor of facing MSU in the tournament final. UCLA vs UNC tomorrow at 4pm will be interesting. @Tarheel Texas vs MSU at 6:30 will be even more interesting. Right @Jeff Matthews?
DizRotus
I’ll be surprised if Texas isn’t ranked next week.
