Jirachi
I'm sure you could find alternatives rather easily

T2K
His are probably threaded. Those aren't threaded. Keith
dtr20
Klf10 feet are not threaded, but the 20s and 30s are.
Peter P.
When I needed feet for a used kg sw subwoofer, I e-mailed Klipsch to see if they had any. They promptly replied and said that although they no longer carry that part for a long out of production speaker, they suggested I try Meniscus Audio. The spikes I chose used threaded inserts which may or may not have required my enlarging the existing mounting holes; I don't remember. Key factor was my measuring the existing hole and asking Meniscus Audio which threaded insert would work best. If you don't have a vernier caliper, you can check the size with a drill bit as a feeler. Nevertheless, they installed without a hitch and work great. Perhaps you can find an alternative from their offerings.
T2K
I had KG 5.5s and if I remember correctly the spikes were threaded. The KLF line was introduced after the KG line. If they are threaded they are probably 1/4" by 20 threads per inch. Keith
