Rotnbair
Just got a pair of the subject speakers. The crossover knob's dial has indices marked 40 (at minimum), 80, 120 Hz, and LFE (maximum). I think the purpose of this control is to set the upper end of the frequency range for sound produced by the speaker. I do not understand the significance of the maximum being labeled "LFE", however. Does this indicate that for watching a video including low frequency sound effects, the crossover should always be set to the maximum? Thanks for any reply. wuzzzer
Most people use the LFE input, set the crossover to the highest Hz it will go and use their receiver to control the crossover frequency.
