Been running just the spuds for a little bit now and they're plenty good for my space, so figured I would pass on the wonderfully built f-20 to someone else. Thaddeus Smith Posted December 2, 2018 Author Share Posted December 2, 2018 There was definitely a phase issue early on, which was somewhat mitigated by flipping polarity on that enclosure. To further fix I think the sub needed to be moved around and/or room treatments, neither of which are feasible at this time. The spuds tuck behind the TV really nicely and seem to have fewer issues with the room by being placed there, relative to the MLP. I haven't read up on tapped/front loaded horn blending issues, but that very likely could be at play too. It certainly wasn't a light or abrupt decision.
