What type of horn is this? (Calling all experts!)

I got this on offerup for $15 plus shipping.  I have no clue what this thing is, and google searches proved fruitless.

It just arrived, and it is cast aluminum (instead of the black plastic that I was expecting).  I thought I would use a Klipsch pro driver to play around with it, a k128013 out of a KP-3002.

What is this unusual horn?  Anyone know?

No casting numbers, nor identifying marks of any sort.

How big is it?  It looks like an array horn.

It is 9 1/2" tall, 11 1/2" wide, and 9 1/2" long.

It weighs 5 pounds, 9 ounces.

I'd call it an "acoustic band-pass diffraction horn...with higher order mode (HOM) suppression".

In real life, it's probably a pretty severe HOM generator--as all diffraction horns are--above a certain frequency corresponding to the width of the slot(s).  If you use the horn below 4 kHz, it should probably avoid the HOM "cut-on frequencies" that sound like frying bacon.
