If the cabinets are not banged around (I can't tell from the pictures), then some fresh veneer (if you have the skills and time) might make these cabinets look fine. As for the woofers, they can be purchased (keep in mind the woofers from the series 1 and 2 are slightly different). I have no idea about what kind of shape the other drivers might be in.
