johnwmclean Posted December 26, 2018 Share Posted December 26, 2018 I have new R-15PM’s for Christmas, but cannot get any sound whatsoever, the speakers don't produce any turn on noise and when I put my ears close to the speakers there is no hiss, however the led is working fine. I have a tried a turntable and have connected via blue tooth both connections have no sound. The other problem is my Mac (10.13.6) cannot see or recognise the R-15PMs at all. lakedmb Posted January 1, 2019 Share Posted January 1, 2019 This may sound stupid, but on the remote, have you toggled the mute option? You may have received a dead pair. I would likely send them back for an exchange. We have a pair in our bedroom and I do really enjoy them, but occasionally an input will act up.
