JJkizak
Which would be the best way to drive the sub (RSW-12) for least distortion, volume max on sub with drive adjusted by inputs or sub at half volume with higher drive inputs? Budman
in my 2 channel system i set my speakers at 80 db and maybe lower for my rsw-15's and never turn the volume up past half on the subs
jason str
You should be more worried about DSP to reduce the peaks ultimately making for a better sounding unit.

JJK Don't put the sub volume pot at max. Find something in mid-volume and leave it there. Now use the AVR or whatever processor to balance that setting to the system you are tuning to.
