Decware Rachael, Pulled

This one is HARD to let go of and may be pulled at any moment
Rachael sports 6 watts per channel, and uses EL34 tubes for the output, as well as 6922 tubes for the input. It is an 'S.E.T.' design, meaning Single Ended Triode. This results in one of the purest forms of tube amplification. It just so happens that this was Steve Dekarts personal amp, used in his shop. Upgrades are as follows:
1) UFO transformers replace the original Decware transformers. Read more about them on the Decware Audio site. $500
2) Jupiter Besswax square stacked capacitors are installed. $250?
3) Gold Point selector switch. A huge upgrade to most any other switch out there. $100
4) All connectors on the amp are the best quality, resulting in proper tight connections, and a durable build.
5) TDK mono volume controls are used in place of the originals. Again, not an inexpensive control at $40 each, but worth the cost.
6) Silver coated copper wire used for all signal wiring.

You can view the Rachael at the Decware site for a complete description of the amp.
