R8-SW problems with The Sixes

Hey folks! I bought my first subwoofer today to go along with my pair of The Sixes active speakers, but I immediately ran into problems, first there was a LOUD humming and buzzing whenever I connected them to the speakers. I solved this problem by getting a "stereo line transformer"/"ground loop isolator".

But now my next problem is that the sub just doesn't seem to receive any sound from the speakers sub out port. I tried other audio sources (computer and dj-mixer) and they work!
Is there a possibility that the sub out port on my speakers are faulty? Any way I could test this? I don't have any other speakers or sub to test with.
I also checked the sub volume on with the remote control, that didn't change anything.

I wouldn't be surprised if theres something else I've missed completely, and would love your help!
Thanks in advance ❤️

Same exact issue here.  Sixes just arrived - super bummed over the weekend.  I can't find an answer anywhere.  Have you resolved yours?
