WTB Klipsch Cornwall’s or LaScala’s

Recommended Posts

Looking to buy a pair of Klipsch Cornwall or Possibly a pair of LaScala’s speakers in good or better condition and good working condition. Putting together a 2 channel vintage system. I am located in Virginia and willing to drive about 400 miles to pick up. This system is for me so I will pay a reasonable price on a good pair of speakers

There’s a pair of Cornwall IIIs in like new condition for $3300 on eBay right now. It’s about a grand off retail. Obviously, buying an older set would save you money, but if you’re open to something newer, I can find the link. They’re located in middle Tennessee

I feel you on the price.

I got a set of CWIIIs a couple of years ago for $1400 because of some damoto the corners that happened during shipping to the original owner. Keep an eye out to b stock and you maybe able to swing the IIIs if you’re patient.

Contact Cory on this site or Facebook. I'll try to link him, but, he is a dealer and often has "b" stock available.

I appreciate any help tracking these down. Being new here not sure how to track him down. I found a couple of pairs that are interesting but about 800 miles away . If I could find some B stock at a decent price that would be great. Thanks for your help.

Hi,

I have a pair of LS/Altec built by a forum member.  A better horn and tweeter than LS and built from 1" MDF.  Al Klappenberger designed the cross overs.  $1500 and I'm in Wilmington, NC.

Thanks for your replies .  I am not going to look for any speakers. Four hour ride down south and everything going wrong on my side. Trying to delete my account  no luck so far. My best bet is to buy a new set at a store near me. Sorry if I wasted anyone’s time    Ed
