Pinball_pw
Let’s just say he turned down my offer for his single La Scala. I don’t understand his price expectations.
weziewoo
Similar to that 70th anniversary set in DC... "They sold for (amount) originally and will only go up in price."
opusk2k9
The 60th anniversary Khorns are nice, I was enjoying mine yesterday during the deep freeze.

finallygotmyheresies
That's a beautiful set. Lacewood looks nice in pictures but even nicer in person. It has a scaly look and feel. 10K would seem like a reasonable asking price to me for that set.
tigerwoodKhorns
The price is negotiable as he is open to Craigslist scams. Read the ad: "PLEASE NOTE: NO EMAIL CRAIGSLIST SCAMS WILL BE EXCEPTED" He is not excluding scams so he is open to scams. How else can this be interpreted?
weziewoo
"PLEASE NOTE: NO! EMAIL CRAIG, LIST SCAMS, WILL... BE EXCEPTED" I think he's trying to tell us something... email Craig, list the scams around the area, someone named Will is coming to help. carlthess40
They have been on CL and a few other selling apps here in Orlando If someone out of state needs someone to check them out you can message meI have NO affiliation with them or the seller
emmvette
The price is over double market. $10k is still way too high. Let's be real. Yeah, it'd be great if my Klipsch speakers retained their value from when new but that isn't how the world works
Yuper
Offer 7500 cash. Would be a nice road trip away from our "balmy" wi. Weather.
Speakerfritz
I had a set of 60's. I think I bought them new from klipsch and certainly did not pay 15K for them. I had to sell them because they (to my surprise) were made of MDF and the chemical's in the MDF aggravated the asthma for 2 family members. theres a lot of tech in these speakers that most forum members are nah-sayers about. the wires used for the internal speaker runs are high end audiophile cables. all connecters are platinum coated . the caps are high end. prior to the 60's I had a pair of actual wood core khorns with ALK extreme slopes....was more impressed with the sound of the older speakers with the mods than the 60's. becareful with MDF khorns..they absorb water and swell. PrestonTom
There is a guy in Orlando FL that regularly sells klipsch stuff on CraigsList and eBay. His name is Jerry Bryant. If this is the seller, then steer clear. A number of us on this Forum have learned the hard way.
