Maybe an 1/8" non textured ABS plastic? Might be places on line to get it but not sure about sizes. I've used tons of that in the 25 years I was in car audio (and home). You just have to be careful in how you cut it as any heat on the cut area will melt the plastic.  But I'm honestly not sure what the material is.

Do you mean the grill panels or the cloth?

The grill panels are plastic similar to Sintra, and the fabric is by Duracrest. Think Bob Crites can supply the fabric these days, if not he knows where to find it.

Sintra is a rigid PVC foam with smooth skins on each side.

available from many sources, including local sign companies. It is a pain to cut with a hand knives and I recommend a variable speed scroll saw with fine blade, low speeed to avoid melting the plastic.

I recognize what Cornwalls these are for. What cloth did you go with? I'd like to change my "verticals" from black to something more interesting.

It’s a plastic something or other. I would like to buy some similar material.
