Audiocap PPT Theta film and foil in both the mids and highs. 6uF caps for the mids with the taps set to -6 as most seem to prefer. Dean will have to tell you about the other parts used.

It doesn’t have the tweeter protection so does that technically make it an A?

I apologize.  My comments were not meant to derail your sale.   Just looking for clarification

These do not have the zenner diodes. But you’re free to get your old ones put on if you want to protect the delicate K77. Or there’s the crites tweeter option which can handle more power and go up to 20khz

I’ll admit my listening levels on the Khorns don’t ever really get insanely loud considering I don’t need to due to my small room but when I’ve pushed them, the K77s are still fine.

AAs tapped out 6dB down in the midrange instead of the stock 3dB.

Selling everything, need to move to a small apartment unfortunately and just need cash right now. Can't take the KHorns or Chorus II with me, well maybe if i can't get what i want for the Chorus II, they can stay but was thinking of just downsizing to Heresy II's(IIIs would be preferable if a deal came up or if i find another single damaged walnut Forte III, i can fix it up and make a pair). The small room has never been a problem. Amazing bass + acoustic treatments help.  I mean i'd love to hold on to the KHorns stock for now, but what are the odds i'd find 2 good corners in a small apartment?

I see.  This is a mod design AA.  Threw me off with the 6uF.  Understand.
