Alexander
Might there be someone who knows what the lowest freq that can be used with the klf-20/30 mid range horn? I know the klf-20 is 750Hz & the 30 is moved up to 825Hz but could it be lowered below 750Hz? And if so to what? Just thinking of moving away from the woofers sooner and to take more asdvantige the a55g driver. It looks like a k701 (g700) would fit with little moding to the opening of the cabinet but would rather not go that route.
Deang
It’s only 75 cycles. The only thing you’re gaining is messing up the driver, cabinet, port alignment. I would leave it alone.

The Idea comes from the Chorus II has crossover points at 650 & 7000 and they are using the k61k trak horn to do that. One could use the Chorus II xover to get there since the k48e is also 4 ohms. That is if the stock horn can go to 650Hz. Or is it even worth the trouble for the 175Hz shift to the a55g mid driver?
