Tyler Kotran Posted April 22, 2019 Share Posted April 22, 2019 (edited) My brand new rsb 11 sound bar is making this really high pitched frequency that slowly lowers then rises in pitch. it makes this noise even when the only thing plugged into the sound bar is the power.
