audiowarrior
Receiver: Denon X3500H Subwoofer: Klipsch R-100SW When my subwoofer is connected to power alone, and On Auto is enabled, No humming. However, if I plug in the L and R speaker wire cables (with banana plugs), and On Auto is enabled, the subwoofer Hums very loud. Why does this happen? Please help, I want to get this working before Game of Thrones haha
wuzzzer
You should be connecting RCA cables, not speaker wire to those inputs. 3

JohnKuthe
As with computers the NOT PLUGGED IN error with audio equipment sometimes takes on strange manifestations called level and/or impedance mismatching! Can sound interesting, badly, distorted, not at all, etc. But definitely is NOT the Hi Fi we've come to expect!! John Kuthe...
JDJohnson
Use RCA shielded cables.
