Dean lives off the Moraine area off 75 about 20 mins from me here in Monroe/Middletown area. my power went out for an hour no damage here. hardest hit was I-75 and I -70 trotwood area

75 and 35 got hit hard

I really don't know the area but remember him saying he's not far from Part's Express which is in Dayton, I think. Glad your OK, I can't keep track where everyone is, but from reading the news

 it's really bad in some places. Thanks

Glad you're OK. My office near Huber Heights had power restored last night. No damage to the building, that we know about yet, plenty of other places not too far away really took a hit. 

 

By your "45 years isn't long enough to forget" I'm guessing you where in or near Xenia in 1974? I grew up near Springfield and remember driving through Xenia about a week after that tornado.
