My ADCOM 3 way speaker switch was OVERHEATING!

And has a thermal cutout! OMG I thought my audio system was cursed! Cursed by the HEAT MONSTER!!! Of course dumb ole ME did a bad thing, I put the ADCOM switch ON TOP of my McIntosh MC2105 POWER AMP at it's rear OVER the heat vents!! 😞 To solve: I just slid the ADCOM switch forward over the wood case! Now the speaker wiring out the rear of the ADCOM speaker switch can roast gently!!

I have to get a few more electric fans! Keep all this high power audiophile equipment COOL! :-)

The ODS 100W Weather Resistant Volume Controls were too tightly speced with the McIntosh 2105 103wpc, driving those JBL Control X speakers! I'm ordered some ODS Volume Controls 300W that should handle the McIntosh 2105's power easily! My dumb design mis-decision, but I learn from my expensive mistakes!
