cgolf70 Posted July 24, 2019 Share Posted July 24, 2019 My current front speakers are RP-160s. My last two pair of speakers were Forte 1s with Crites changes and RP-280s. For some weird but satisfying reason, the 160s sound better than either of the other two. They are more open, balanced and even seem to get louder quicker. Same room, same electronics, etc. To me that seems strange but I guess it's a function of many variables, including room acoustics. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
