I agree that dampening the fenders may be the easiest way to deal with the noise problem, because even after you insulate the brackets from the axle, the fenders might still vibrate. Posted August 13, 2019 Share Posted August 13, 2019 Why not look at applying isolation to the attachment points at the top of the structure where the fenders attach to the upright supports and not at the axle attachment points.
