A person could call Klipsch with those serial numbers and get some new pie emblems most likely. $700 for black version 1's doesn't seem to high, really. Especially when someone has CF-4's listed at $2200 on e b a y and original Cornwall's going for $1200 plus now. Everything has gotten higher. Personally, I'd rather have the black CF-3's than I would the oak....but I guess I would take oak for a discount. lol Starting price is $700 so there might be wiggle room.
