T5 Neckband disconnecting while in phone call!

I have owned this headset  for only 2 weeks now and from the very beginning the headset disconnects while in the middle of a phone call!

 

I did some research and found that I am not the only one having this issue. On (Amazon dot com) for example several people are complaining about this problem as well.

I checked the Klipsch support website and there is absolutely no mention of this....? I am sure that all we need is a firmware update but if Klipsch is not recognizing the issue then where or who should we turn to for help in this matter!?

 

Am I really the first person to bring this problem to Klipsch's attention? If so, I hope the Dev's take notice and address the problem and release a FW update very soon as I did not buy these for play! I bought them for work and I need my 2 phones to be connected and always stay connected. Especially during an important phone call.

Update: klipsch had acknowledged that they are having issues with newer Samsung phones with latest updates.

 

So..... what then? Do I have to buy an iphone to use this product!!? Not gonna happen!

Any news? I bought these 3 weeks ago. It worked just fine with my Samsung Galaxy Note10+ for first few days. Issues started yesterday. Every call is disconnecting several times. Any hotfixes?

 

Where did you find that it's acknowledged?

I an having the same problem. I have a samsung galaxy s10e with AT&T, if that helps. Would love to see a fix soon.

I also have this problem with a Galaxy S8 on Verizon.  It is remarkably consistent - about 15 seconds after connecting a call, the bluetooth drops out and has to be re-paired manually.

Iphone 10 not much better as I will end one call and dial and the T5's  will disconnect. I had to pair 5 or 6 times yesterday.

Same problem here !

I noticed that it only disconnects while I am driving AND turning on location ( and waze) - I am using an Android Phone (Blackberry Key 2). Super dangerous !!

Any update someone?

Same issue here. 15 sec into the call. Galaxy S8, outside of the US so it looks like the carrier does not make any difference however it is a US spec (international - no sim lock) phone.

This issue still remains on MAY 2021 with my Xiaomi Mi Note 10 

Disconnects every 2-3 phone calls mostly long 10-30 mins long calls
