Currently I have Atmos set up with 4 in ceiling speakers I have the marantz SR7011, I’ll be using AiM in ceiling speakers. My ceiling isn’t the easiest to access so running wires if very difficult based on finished ceiling but with lots labour work can be done. I am learning about all different types of speaker placement however I am limited to how many and wire running If I was to install 4 more in ceiling 2 above the front mains and 2 more above side surrounds.How would it sound compared to Atmos perhaps those who have this set up . Is a fair amount of work and investment . I have RF 7 all around and Aim in the ceilings now. Sounds amazing however wondering what auro3D is all about .
