Ceptorman
The dollar amount wasn't revealed yet, but I'm sure it's more than a billion. I like him, but I'm not sure about the owner also having a team in the series that he owns? He owns the track, IndyCar series, and IMS Productions. He did say they will utilize the facility for more than racing. The Stones were there a few years ago, maybe a bunch of concerts!
Emile
Yeah Just confirming sale includes the NTT IndyCar series. Good riddens to Tony George who screwed up Indy car racing multiple times
Davis
Rodger stated in the press conference that he wants the facility to be the entertainment center of Indiana. Plus there is a Moto America motorcycle race and a IMSA race already on the schedule for 2020. I wonder if lights will be installed now? Dave1290
Penske tried to buy Mid-Ohio yeas ago. I can remember as a kid going to his Porsche dealership in Toledo to drool. Worked outta the back-end of his station wagon when he first started racing. He's paid his dues imo. Everything he touches turns into money it seems.
