KG4 paired with KG3

I have to opportunity at grabbing a pair of the KG3's. I'm currently running the KG4's and love them. Im just curious if the KG3's would sound good running with the KG4's. In my head, it sounds like it would be a good match, but I could be totally wrong. Just curious if anyone has actual heard them playing in harmony.

The kg4 has a better sound as it’s a 3 way
I think the kg3 is a 2 way! I forget
But I’ve had both and had them many times and always go back to the kg4. I still have a pair and love them over the kg3’s. The 3’s sound is missing something to me
And they just do t bring out the details as well as the 4’also I think the kg3’s were in the lower line as the kg4’s are a part of the Heritage line

They'll work great as surrounds.  If you intend to run them both at the same time in a two channel stereo configuration it's not a good idea.  Even running two pairs of the exact same speaker at the same time is not recommended due to comb filtering.

I'd giver them a try if the price is OK.  I run a pair of KG 5.2's with a pair of KG 1.2's.  I'm using an early 90's model Denon 2 channel receiver (DRA-425).  At low to medium volumes they sound very good...to my ears.  At higher volumes I prefer just the 5.2's.  Speaker placement and room size will make a big difference in how they sound together.
