Anybody?

Yes it is the same horn that has been around since the early 2000's in the pro models 201 II's 250 II's are a couple I know of off hand as pictured above the only thing with using them on the older Heresy / forte / or Tangent models is that horn has a thread insert for mid driver mounting so if you're planning on staying with the stock k53 driver you'd need an adapter.

The K704/K704T is not really a direct drop in replacement for the K701 though it does share the same mounting dimensions/flange. It takes some network tweaks to flatten it out. The PAudio 2510 horn is identical except it is missing the woofer cutout/notch.

I have a few of them that I have tried to use a few times but they never sound very good... I have avoided all of the stock models that utilize them because of this so I do not know how the current implementations sound?

As for the driver, I am also curious about what it is exactly... my current guess is the same PAudio driver used in the KPT/RF/Forte just with a new diaphragm but it could be all new?

Wait, the heresy IV has a tractrix mid-range horn?

You know the funny thing is that Paudio says it's a diffraction horn?

It's hard to see in the brochure but in person you can see where they have filled the woofer notch/cutout.

For me the profile of PH-2510 still looks a lot like K704 which equips the new Heresy IV.

PH-2510 VS K704 Klipsch, the profile seems identical, tractrix? here is a good picture of PH-2510 for a good comparison

You know it is the new K702 compression, I would like to replace the K53ti with K701 of my Cornwall III because I find that the sound is creaky in the meddle, maybe my ears do not like Titanium 😪

As large a horn as can be fitted has got to be a benefit.  I'm rather new to the Klipsch scene after being unimpressed decades ago (though I've always reserved a "like" for the "idea" of the LaScala!).  I'm an elated owner of a pair of Forte III now, though.  The wimpy little Heresy mid horn in the Cornwall III left me entirely uninterested.  Were I in the market at this time I'm thinking the extra $ for the Cornwall IV would be justifiable over the Fortes.  If room for them were available...

Likely the Forte III would still win out over the Heresy IV IMO, since they (still?) occupy the same floor space.
