What model Cornwall? I’ve got Cornwall 1’s and was looking to do lambs wool asswell! Would you be interested in making a pair for me? I tried my hand and had a bunch of sag, I’m not sure I’m handy enough. Pm me on what it would cost if you decided to take the gig!

Attached are a couple of pics.

 

IIRC a single piece of 36" x 55" did the job.

The heritage Cornwall badge came from a Russian source on ebay.

I used hardboard, I didn’t like how it chipped when I used the rotozip, and I stretched it but the material sagged after a day. I’d really like to just pay someone. I spent A LOT more time than I’d like to admit on screwing up the first set 😂
