jimjimbo
Hello and welcome. What type of service do you need? Crossover repair, driver replacement/repair?
Absurd
To be honest I’m not sure (Novice here) it’s cutting out and muffled at times. seems like during certain frequencies it happens. And then when I pick up the stylus and drop it again it sometimes plays back ok without issue. And then will cut out again.

ricktate
Open it up and loosen and retighten all the connections probably just dirty connections. Easy to do. While you got back off it you could put a seal around the edge for the back panel. If your wanting to try soldering get some new caps. and replace those. Heresy is easy to work on and fix. Crites speakers has step by step pictures on how to replace caps.

mustang_flht
As Rickate says After if you are a handyman, you can try to identify the fault: cut wire, tighten the terminals, coil of burned or cut membrane, damaged filter component, ... and then try the repair yourself, for example if it is a solder you can do it yourself if you know how to use a soldering iron. If it is a membrane coil that is out of service, and after clearly identifying the reference number of the speaker, you can change this membrane, there are many tutorials on how to do it. A tip in this case change the mebrannes on the two speakers so that the sound is identical on both sides.
