RP-600m spec: (H x W x D) 15.69” x 7.95” x 11.85” RP-500SA spec:(H x W x D) 7.39” x 6.81” x 11.16” Based on W x D can see RP-500SA is smaller than 600m. They are 32 cm, which is 12.5984''. Hm. Well it looks like Klipsch web information is not correct, or I've got a bigger speakers The 600M size is correct, 30cm, 11.85” Image: https://ibb.co/vhSP3hL
Kris
This is one of my biggest complaints about the Klipsch Atmos options. The Atmos options are an after-thought even after two generations. They have poor system design integration with the other speakers in the family. The RP-140SA and RP-500SA are too big for the RP-150M/RP-500M and too big for the RP-160M/600M. They can fit on top of the RP-250F, RP-260F, and RP-280F but they are not an exact fit for any of them. I use RP-140SA on top of RP-280F and another set of RP-140SA on top of RP-250F and they look out-of-place and mismatched on both sets of tower speakers. Sometimes I wish I never started with Klipsch because it is so poor compared with other vendors. If you want to have a 5.2.4 system and use RP-502S bipolar surrounds then you have no means to place Klipsch Atmos modules on top of those surround speakers. If you want to use bookshelf speakers as you back or surround speakers then you have no Atmos module options from Klipsch that fit on top of their RP line bookshelf speakers. I wish Klipsch would solve these problems and offer more solutions to allow for proper system design and aesthetic design. You can see how the RP-500SA look on top of the RP-600M speakers in this YouTube video. At least the four feet can actually make contact with the top-side of the 600M enclosure. xo705cf
I think this video was bogus, they fit perfectly on the 600s in Best Buy....
xo705cf
However it could have been the 140s that I saw on top of them and not the 150s, I will take a look next time in there as well as a picture...

The originator of this thread provided link to similar picture. Maybe the ones you saw in Best Buy are lower-end R-14SAs. xo705cf
Sorry Kris, I hastily posted that and should not have... What I saw in Best Buy was not the lower end but I’m thinking It may have been the 140s that I saw, Either way you’re right...! I do agree with them being an afterthought though, I have the 280s as well, but I am using klipsch satellite speakers for my atmos... VelimirSaban
It looks a bit strange, I agree, but at least the color match 😁 I think I'll live with it. What I still don't understand is how can specifications on the Klipsch web can be wrong?!
