Chris Kidd Posted February 3, 2020 Author Share Posted February 3, 2020 They are a pair of non matching standard raw birch (that were stained by someone else) LaScalas that I sanded down and painted black. Not the best refinishing job but shabby chic I think. All of the components had failed except the tweeters, so I replaced the woofers with Crites and also added two atlas squawkers and the necessary replacement capacitors from Crites to rebuild the type AA crossovers.. I was thinking of asking $800 for the pair but still am a little on the fence about selling them. Would consider a trade for Cornwalls in reasonable condition.
