Yes, its used, but in my case, the wood block on which the amp sat covered everything... The photos make it look worse than reality. Measures approximately 18" w by 23" long and stands 9" on its wheels. The back crossbar is adjustable to accommodate shorter amps. $100 plus shipping to you. Shipping could be costly give the size.
