Thanks Elden. I was thinking the same thing. One is enough, sometimes more than enough. Sure when you're young more than one woman, yea great go sow them wild oats. But marry more than one? Nope.

Travis ... so when something is decriminalized, is there some official repeal or amendment to an existing law thereby stating that there won't be prosecution for this once penalized behavior?  Or, is it just some unofficially, we chose not to prosecute anymore?

Could a jurisdiction chose to prosecute something that has been decriminalized?  If not, then what exactly is the difference between legal and decriminalized?

I thought it was Pensacola, where they have a big cross on government property. Courts ruled that it wasn't violating separation of church and state because it had been there for a long time.
