Nice thought, but it's physically impossible to get an MWM to play up to 1 Khz. without PEQing the crap out of it. You would need a midbass horn on top, like the one Klipsch made with a 12" driver. or a used Peavey mid horn, like I have that's flat from 300-1,200 Hz.
