DizRotus
Since I don’t have grandkids, I don’t do FaceTime. This iPad has FaceTime app, but I don’t understand how to use it. Some questions are: This iPad is not a phone, how do I start a FaceTime session; Does the other FaceTime user need to initiate a session; What are common pitfalls; and What suggestions do you have? I need FaceTime to assist a friend applying for PPP loan/grant for his small business. His understanding of saving a file as a pdf is minimal. Talking to him on the phone is like trying to coach a ten year-old to land a small plane after the pilot has a heart attack.

rockhound
It's simple just make sure you have their contact info saved on the ipad. Then just tap on the app, you will need either wifi or cell data to use it.
