JohnJ
"with a side of meat" Believe you might just have some Irish in you, but yea I love baked potatos too. The first time I had a twice baked I was probably 17 or so on a date at a good steakhouse. They're not hard to make but I usually wrap the potato in bacon and season the skin after I fork it.
sunburnwilly
That one was bacon , onion , garlic , serrano pepper , half round of boursin cheese , white cheddar cheese , butter , chicken stock and sour cream . I think that covers the ingredients . And that is one half of the potato .

Way less calories. No onions-- ground pork, shredded cabbage, carrot, chopped garlic, ginger, shitake's shrimp and my home grown bean sprouts; also the norm salt, pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil with a bit of corn starch to thicken. I love them deep fried but can't do that indoors (winter) cause it smells up the house for days, so I either bake or my new air fryer does a great job. It also makes great french fries. No oily smell.

No oily smell. If you fill them with precooked ingredients, and don't fry, you have what is called a summer roll. It's all good. 1
