That is good, almost any place in N.O. that makes po boys sells a french fry version. It is french bread with fries covered with roast beef gravy with debris. I was particular, one meat is ok one or two cheeses, lettuce, ripe tomato, pickle usually a double decker like you've posted pics of. Or a simple 1/2" thick cut roast beef with mustard on that side Dukes on the cheddar side. Dang coffee isn't cutting it for breakfast today now. Where's the BEEF! Since I don't need to keep them I don't log in or need an acct, although you could do that. Right click that cornbread, save the address it will take you to postimage.
