They have issued opinions about "speech" in shopping malls, in front of grocery stores, etc.  You might be able to find the law applicable to restaurants.

Pruneyard Shopping Center v. Robbins, about 1980. Funny realizing that case is 40 years old.

When people don't know the difference between "weather" and "climate", don't understand the properties of CO2 and CH4, and how/why they contribute to warming, albedo, ocean acidification (positive feedback loops), etc. -- it really shows. Hanging out at the NASA page is a good place to start. You can also work your way through Peter Hadfield's excellent youtube videos. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=52KLGqDSAjo&list=PL82yk73N8eoX-Xobr_TfHsWPfAIyI7VAP

Deniers are corporate shills. There is nothing new here -- just like when doctors and "experts" used to tell you that smoking was good for you. When the facts were done piling up -- well, we all know how that turned out.

Scientific "Theory".

Not very good definition I don't think. For example. The Theory of Evolution is not based on "repeated experimentation", but on observation, testing, and the accumulation of information that points to a likely conclusion. The "theory", or most likely explanation, stands until there is data that disproves, or falsifies it.

That's the definition of a "theory" in the scientific realm.

Here is a common definition which includes why some get confused on terminology.

Theory of Special Relativity, Theory of Gravity, Theory of Plate Tectonics,  Quantum Theory, etc.

True and if had said there is scientific evidence that supports Climate change, that would be a correct statement and I would say there is also scientific evidence that says otherwise which would also be true. But there is no scientific fact...

So, now this:

The story was first reported on the Military Times and then picked up by the Washington Times. I've been waiting for the rest of the media outlets to pick up it up.

https://www.militarytimes.com/news/your-military/2020/05/06/coronavirus-survivors-banned-from-joining-the-military/

https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2020/may/6/military-permanently-disqualifies-coronavirus-surv/

I love this line: "... the likelihood of recurring flare-ups, even if someone has had two consecutive negative tests ..."

WTF?

You would be wrong, on both counts.

Climate continually changes, nothing new to that. Where is the proof that it was caused by man and  that is only a change in your miniscule window of your experience.

Where does it fit as change over eons ??

What's really laughable are your statements which you purport to be facts.  I'll be interested to compare your "facts" right now to your "facts" in 3 or 4 months.

So the best you can come up with is an unprovoked attack without the ability to defend your own view point or provide any viable proof to an alternative belief..... Sad !!.....

Quit pissing and moaning and prove it then !!!

Show us Proven Scientific Fact that supports your claims ??

The proof is in the observations and measurements. You know, science stuff.

oh yeah, back when scientists were warning of the coming of another ice age.

The consensus of researchers then, and even earlier, was CO2 induced warming.

I'm not responsible for your education, you are. I posted a link to an excellent video series, why not go watch it? I also suggested the NASA page.

They are not my claims, they are the claims of the scientific community that study this stuff and submit peer reviewed papers.
