edzu1234
I am looking for someone who has made or can make, new risers for my Chorus II and Forte II speakers. I am looking for ones constructed out of solid oak (to eliminate fraying and peeling). Thank you for your response.

pzannucci
Just go to your local lumber yard or hardware store where they sell wood, buy 1x3 pieces of oak, cut to match the size of the original riser at 45s in the corners. Put blocks in to stabilize the corners with the same layout of the originals and replace them. Of course sand and stain to match. Quite a simple task. Just don't cut off any fingers sawing. Routing the top edge is optional. Just more work for an extra credit.
