Sili Posted May 22, 2020 Share Posted May 22, 2020 Hello I got a new R120SW sub tried to connect with my projector receiver denon abr-x1500h but no sound from sub (it’s on with green light) my receiver has Pre out 1 and 2 i tried to connect both with L and R also tried to connect 1 with L or R but no luck. MC39693 Posted May 22, 2020 Share Posted May 22, 2020 Welcome to the forum. Subwoofer out to the RCA labeled LFE, top one I think. Make sure your speaker config in the Denon is set to 1 sub. Be sure the sub gain nob is at 12o’clock. Test with some bass in CD or other input. Careful with overall volume until you get it figured out. If this Denon has Audessy room correction, use the mic and the test procedure and it will test the all speakers including the sub. In some cases you may have to turn the sub gain down when running Audessy. It will tell you if you need to... do what it says or you may get a real blast from the sub. Good luck.
