RF7 Mark 1 Classic Dark Cherry LIMITED Edition

Hello,

I'm posting my subject here...
I got the wrong category 🙂

I just bought a pair of RF7 classic Dark Cherry Limited Edition.

Can you help me find the difference between the Dark Cherry series and the Dark Cherry Limited Edition series?

Serial number :
CLASSIC RF 7 DARK CHERRY LIMITED EDITION
S/N: 101141811210113 and 101141811210120 (113 and 120 of 200)

How can I find the year of manufacture with the serial number?

Thank you for your help.

Another (small) question, who among you has customized his RF7 Mk1. What are the points of improvement :
- Tractrix roof insulation
- Changing the internal wiring (by which brand)
- changing the insulating foams?

Thank you for your advice and for your feedback.

Best Regards

Olivier

They are a newer model. The first ones only had 150 watt power range
They my be a model that was made like the 70 year k-horns
Can you post a photo showing the front with the drivers ? The wood should look just like the sides .

Hello Carlthess40

Below is a picture of the front of the RF7 MK1 Dark Cherry...

I would like to find out the meaning of the serial number on my series.

But I can't understand it.
If a person can do it, welcome 🙂

I'm also looking for the peculiarity of this Limited Edition series...

Because they existed in Dark Cherry and Dark Cherry Limited Edition !

Billybob... Thanks

You can go to the historian section of the fourm, post the info and they can tell you
I think the lady that signed the back, still works for Klipsch. I may be wrong about her still working at Klipsch.

Barbara Miller was still working for Klipsch in February 2020-

They already did.  Jim said they were too new for him to give any info on.
