Moderators dtel Posted May 27, 2020 Moderators Share Posted May 27, 2020 If the storms are not around in about 1 hour and 18 minutes they will launch the SpaceX at 4:33 pm EDT. : Edit the launch was scrubbed because of weather, now it will be Saturday. 4

KlipschFish
The extended radar shows the last big one clearing right around or shortly after launch time. Fingers crossed and a prayer for this first time.

That had been a 'bucket list' thing for me. To see and hear and feel the shuttle take off. Sadly I missed them.

pbphoto
I think I saw a boom-mic pop into the frame in the top left. I'm sure the director fired somebody for that! 😉 1

Go when there is a Saturn Five launch at night, I lived in Port St John less than 15 miles away and one of those would make it a bright as a blue sky summers day at noon for five minutes. In Rockledge further south it would do the same but in PSJ swear I could feel them vibrate the ground too!
